High School...2011 Fairview (Colorado) Graduate. Selected Most Valuable Player and CY Young Award Winner in both 2010 & 2011. Batted .527 as a senior. All-Conference and All-Region Selection (2011). Two way starter for Fairview Football Team starting at both Running Back and Safety. Voted Team Captain in both Baseball and Football. As a junior batted .465 and was among the state leaders with a .688 slugging percentage to go along with 11 doubles and 7 homeruns. On the mound posted a 3.23 earned run average with 3 complete games, two saves, two shutouts in 38 innings pitched.
