Was the winner pitcher in the Minnesota State High School Baseball Tournament 3rd Place Game against Rochester Century, tossing a complete game seven hitter with ten strikeouts. Also delivered at the plate with two doubles and an rbi leading the Ponies to a 3-2 victory.  Co-founder of Minnesota Baseball Classic Team, winners of three straight traveling titles in Las Vegas (NM), Scottsdale (AZ), Cocoa Beach (FL) and Vero Beach (FL). Named to the Honor Roll six times during high school.

Biggest Sports Thrill: Pitching a complete game win for 3rd place State title at Midway Stadium as a senior at Stillwater.
