What did you do this summer?...This summer I took a 20 day trip to Europe. My family and I visited London, Paris, Dublin, Venice, and Innsbruck. I loved the experience! I spent the rest of my summer as a nanny for 4 and 8-year old girls, which I really enjoyed.

What have you enjoyed most about UST?...I love the culture at St. Thomas. The small classes, but bigger college feel are perfect for me. The professors, coaches and students care about you as an individual and you are not just a number.

What do you enjoy most about your teammates or the basketball program?... I really enjoy the family aspect of the team. Everyone on the team has my back, and I have theirs. Even after spending countless hours together in practice, we still choose to socialize together as well!

What makes St. Thomas Special?... St. Thomas is special because no matter what you pursue, everyone at St. Thomas wants to help you achieve. Whether it is a sport, a job, or a good grade, everyone at St. Thomas wants to see you succeed.

What is something St. Thomas has taught me so far?... St. Thomas has definitely taught me hard work pays off. In basketball, we are constantly giving everything we have and because of that we finish as one of the top teams in the nation every year. As for academics, if you put in the work studying you will receive the grade you deserve. Finally, if you work hard to develop your relationship with God, it will truly help you become a better, more successful person. I love having the opportunity to combine these three aspects of my life at such a great school.

What advice do you have for future Tommie Basketball players?... For future Tommie Basketball players I would advise them to take in every moment. At the time, it may not seem like a great time to be running sprints, spending hours in the gym when you have a test the next day, or having to give up weekends for games, but you will miss it. Appreciate the opportunity and the ability to play a sport you love. College goes by so fast, so make sure you don't wish away anything.

What clubs are you involved in outside of basketball at UST?... I would strongly recommend FCA. Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a great group if you are looking to better your faith with a wonderful group of athletes. I also participate in many business related groups such as Accounting Club, Finance Club, and LEAD.

What is your favorite meal place on campus?... The Binz burger bar and ice cream.

What is career ambition or dream job?... I am an accounting and finance major, and my dream job would be to work for one of the big four accounting firms in Minneapolis as a CPA and then possibly work my way into an executive position for a company.

Do you have any notable or unique talents or hobbies?... I have played the piano for about ten years, I was in choir, show choir, musicals, and other groups in high school.

What is your favorite vacation spot/future destination?... Its a tough decision between Hawaii and our tour of Europe.
