Health Promotions major with 3.82 gpa… Was named to the 2014 Academic All-MIAC team... in 27 career games is 15-2 as a starter, with 1,202 rushing yards, 3,840 passing yards, 12 rushing touchdowns, 26 passing TDs and just 21 interceptions in 538 career attempts.. 2013: Had 665 yards passing and three touchdowns but was slowed down by an illness and later a broken leg and only started four games... 2012: Second-team All-MIAC, first-year starter, set UST season record for total offense; completed 214 of 375 passes for 2,771 yards and 22 TDs; rushed for 819 yards (4.9 ypc) and five TDs… 2011: Passed for 404 yards and one TD (31-of-58), had 28 rushes for 170 yards and four TDs... 2011 graduate of Clear Lake High, where he was class Valedictorian; all-state in football, played in Wisconsin all-star game, four-year starter, 4X all-conference QB, 4X team MVP; broke state records for career total offense and total touchdowns; helped team win three conference titles; all-conference in basketball, team MVP and 3X team leader in assists; all-conference and state qualifier in track and field, 2X team MVP… son of Penny and Paul O’Connell.
