QUOTEABLES
Thoughts from men's head coach Pete Wareham following the season-opening M City Classic:
"We were really excited fo the opportunity to compete today. We had some very good first meet of the season performances, and those will be great building blocks for the rest of the indoor season.

"I know that our coaching staff is very pleased about where we are at at this point. We really appreciate all the effort and hard work the guys have put in already. We can't wait for the next meet after the holidays."

Thoughts from women's head coach Ashley Lucas following the record-breaking meet:
"Friday was a great start to the season. Starting off the day with Olivia (Keller) and Josie (Liebl) both breaking the pentathlon school record was quite the way to start. Then we had a lot of lifetime personal bests in December, which is obviously the way you want to start the season off. Now we have a few weeks to get prepared for our home meet in January."
