ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The Joe Sweeney Invitational, the lone home meet of the St. Thomas men's and women's outdoor track & field season, begins Wednesday, April 29 at O'Shaughnessy Stadium before the team travels Friday, May 1 for the Badger Invitational in Madison, Wis.

St. Thomas outdoor track & field delivered a record-setting weekend across the Drake Relays, Gary Wilson Invitational and Rider/Bolstorff Invitational, highlighted by dominant relay performances and multiple program records. The Tommies combined for a series of top finishes and NCAA Midwest regional marks.
The women were led by Olivia Keller, who set program records in both the 400-meter hurdles (58.74) and 800 meters (2:06.54), with both marks leading the Summit League and ranking among the top times in the NCAA Midwest. Relay teams fueled much of the success, as the 4x100 and 4x400 relays each set program records at Drake while additional records were established in the 4x1600, sprint medley and distance medley relays. Brooke Wisdom and Morgan Koppelman also set pole vault records at 4.08 meters, while Lauren Rott and Alaina French added strong throws performances at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational as the Tommies totaled multiple top-five finishes across the week.
On the men's side, St. Thomas set program records in the 4x800 relay and shuttle hurdle relay at the Drake Relays while adding a third-place finish in the 4x100 relay that ranks among the program's best and sits near the top of the Summit League this season. Andrew Eichmann led the field events with a top-five javelin finish at Gary Wilson, while Sam Hebert and Jack Weigel contributed standout sprint performances. The Tommies closed the weekend with multiple top-five finishes across meets.
