Helped the distance medley relay record the eighth-fastest time in program history with a fourth-place time of 11:54.25 at the Summit League Indoor Championships, ranking 18th in the NCAA Midwest Region and fourth in the Summit League this season... recorded a season-best 3000m time of 10:04.98 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet... placed sixth in the 3000m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with a time of 10:08.32... competed in the mile and 5000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships, finishing 14th and 19th, respectively... totaled six top-15 finishes.
Outdoor
Won the 3000m steeplechase at the Joe Sweeney Invite with a program second-best time of 10:30.19, ranking 18th in the NCAA Midwest Region and fourth in the Summit League this season... placed seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a time of 10:47.76... set a program top-10 mark in the 1500m with a time of 4:31.12 to finish seventh at the Meet of the Unsaintly... recorded a season-best 1500m time of 4:35.82 at the Bryan Clay Invitational... helped the 4x800m and 4x1600m relays compete at the Drake Relays, running the third-fastest 4x800m in program history... finished eighth in the 3000m steeplechase at the WashU Distance Carnival... totaled seven top-10 finishes.

Outdoor
Competed in six meets... earned one point with an eighth place finish in the 1500m behind a personal best time of 4:39.93 at the Summit League Championships... finished third in the 5000m run with a personal record time of 17:48.92 at the Meet of the UnSaintly... began outdoor collegiate career with fourth place finish in the 800m run in 2:22.29 and seventh place finish in the 1500m run in 4:43.38... totaled five top-10 finishes.
High School
A letter winner and team captain in cross country and track & field at Winneconne High School under head coach Kraig Western… a four-time Wisconsin State Track and Field Qualifier with six podium finishes, as well as a two-time Wisconsin All-State First Team and two-time all-state second team selection in cross country... team's top finisher for the 2020 Division II State Championship team, holds the school record in the 5K and is a four-time team MVP… a three-time state qualifier with six podium finishes and holds the school record in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m run, as well as the 4x400m relay in track & field… named the team MVP once.
