Programs, Tommie trio earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors

Olivia Keller, Morgan Koppelman and Brooke Wisdom bring in first career USTFCCCA honors
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The St. Thomas men's women's track & field program earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors, announced by the organization on Monday. Three Tommie women received individual honors while the men's and women's programs were both all-academic teams.
The men's team totaled a 3.28 GPA through the year under Head Coach Pete Wareham while the women's program under Head Coach Ashley Lucas finished with a 3.5 team GPA. To qualify for All-Academic Honors, the cumulative GPA for all student-athletes on the institution's NCAA Squad List for Indoor and/or Outdoor Track & Field must be 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
Individual All-Academic Honors for student-athletes are determined by athletic and academic performance over at least two semesters or three quarters at the nominating institution.
The honorees are recognized with All-Academic honors in either the indoor or outdoor season. For the indoor season, student-athletes must be ranked in the top 96 in any championship individual event, or in the top 48 in any championship relay event for the most recent indoor season. For the outdoor season, student-athletes must have participated in any round of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships (the Preliminary Championship Competition and/or the Final Championship Competition) or, for the multi-events, must have finished ranked in the top 48 in the East or top 48 in the West.
Keller, a neuroscience major from Burnsville, Minn., is the 2026 Summit League Outdoor 400m hurdles champion and a member of the All-League Team (4x400m relay). She totaled 19 points at the SL Outdoor Championships, finishing fifth in the long jump and sixth in the 100m hurdles and broke program records in the 800m run (2:06.54), 400m hurdles (58.57) and 4x400m relay (3:38.78). Keller ranked 49th in the NCAA West Region in the 400m hurdles and set five top-10 program marks. She won seven events and totaled 14 top-five finishes through outdoor season.
Koppelman, a business marketing major from Park Rapids, Minn., qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round in the pole vault, clearing a program-record-tying 4.08m to rank 16th in the NCAA Midwest Region and fifth in the Summit League this season. She earned a fourth-place finish in the pole vault at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a mark of 3.98m. Morgan won the pole vault at the Drake Relays with a program second-best mark of 4.08m, matching her season best. She recorded four top-three finishes, including runner-up finishes at the Badger Challenge and third-place finishes at the Joe Sweeney Invite and Gary Wilson Invitational.
Wisdom, a neuroscience major and native of Rosemount, Minn., qualified for the NCAA Division I West First Rounds in the pole vault after recording a program-record clearance of 4.20m (13-9.25) to win the UW-La Crosse Uncaged Eagle Open, ranking 32nd in the NCAA West Region, 11th in the NCAA Midwest Region and fourth in the Summit League this season. She earned Summit All-League honors in the pole vault at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a third-place clearance of 4.13m. Wisdom recorded seven top-six finishes in the pole vault, including a runner-up finish at the Joe Sweeney Invite and a victory at the Badger Challenge.
