Women’s Track & Field sends four athletes to NCAA West First Round

Keller, Koppelman, Pratt and Wisdom to represent St. Thomas in Fayetteville, Ark., May 28-30
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The University of St. Thomas women's track and field team will send four student-athletes to the NCAA West Region First Round, scheduled for May 27-30 at John McDonnell Field on the campus of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Ark.
The NCAA West Region First Round marks the first opportunity for St. Thomas to qualify athletes for NCAA postseason competition since completing its transition to Division I in 2025-26. The women's events will be contested May 28 and 30.
Representing the Tommies on the women's side are Morgan Koppelman (pole vault), Olivia Keller (400-meter hurdles), Alexis Pratt (200-meter dash) and Brooke Wisdom (pole vault).
Wisdom, a sophomore from Rosemount, Minn., qualified in the pole vault after clearing a program-record 4.20m at the UW-La Crosse Uncaged Eagle Open on May 8. The mark ranks 31st in the NCAA West Region. Wisdom also earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the pole vault at the 2026 Summit League Outdoor Championships.
Keller, a senior from Burnsville, Minn., enters the NCAA West Region First Round ranked 47th in the 400-meter hurdles with a school-record time of 58.57, set while winning the Summit League title on May 14. She became the program's first Summit League title winner in the event.
Pratt, a senior from North St. Paul, Minn., qualified in the 200-meter dash with a program-record time of 23.45, also set at the Summit League Outdoor Championships on May 14. She ranks 48th in the NCAA West Region field.
Koppelman, a junior from Park Rapids, Minn., qualified in the pole vault with a clearance of 4.08m at the Drake Relays on April 22. The mark ranks second in program history and places her 48th in the NCAA West Region standings.
The NCAA West Region First Round features the top declared student-athletes from the region competing for qualification to the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Ore.
