Track & Field opens season March 26-29 at three meets

Tommies to compete at Texas Relays, Raleigh Relays and Bobcat Invitational
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The St. Thomas track & field program opens its 2025 outdoor schedule March 26-29 at three meets in the states of Texas and North Carolina. The Tommies will send several student-athletes to the Texas Relays in Austin, Texas, Bobcat Invitational in San Marcos, Texas, and the Raleigh Relays in Raleigh, N.C.

The week of action begins Wednesday, March 26 as nine women and four men are set to compete throughout the Texas Relays at the Mike A. Myers Track & Soccer Stadium in Austin. The Raleigh Relays and Bobcat Invitationals both start on Thursday, March 27 with all three meets concluding on Saturday, March 29.
The men's program finished the 2024 outdoor season fourth in the Summit League compared to fifth for the women, while both were selected to finish fifth in the 2025 Summit League Outdoor Preseason Coaches' Poll.
The Tommies bring back the 2024 Summit League Women's Outdoor Champion in the javelin in Anna Swanson as one of four all-league members returning. Five Tommie men who earned all-league honors last outdoor season also return, including the Summit League champion in the triple jump, Isaiah Hopf.
