Thoughts from head coaches Pete Wareham and Ashley Lucas following Wednesday's Gary Wilson Invite:
"As we get closer to the Summit League Championship we continue to build our confidence through strong performances. It was fun watching guys set personal bests and compete so well against strong competition at the Gary Wilson Invite hosted by the University of Minnesota. Shane Aberg is impressing me with his terrific season and it showed yesterday."
– Head Coach Pete Wareham
"The team really took advantage of the great weather day and had so many great performances. It's always encouraging when you see so many personal bests and additions to the top 10 list. Taynian started things off with breaking her second school record and then I think the team fed off those vibes. Katie Nollette had a great day vaulting, Cassia Cady and Ava Wolfe are really rounding into great form, Chloe Staub is getting better and better every meet with great javelin performances and the mid-distance crew pretty much had personal bests across the board.
"At this point the majority of the work is in for the season so we are looking to keep the momentum, stay healthy, and get sharp as we look toward conference."
– Head Coach Ashley Lucas
