QUOTEABLES
Thoughts from head coaches Pete Wareham and Ashley Lucas following the Tommies' four-meet weekend:
"We had an extremely busy weekend with meets in California, Pennsylvania, Iowa, and Minnesota. It was a big weekend with top level athletes from across the nation and our guys rose to the occasion.

"Jack Rosner is competing and performing at a very high level and impressed with his performance in California. Sean McNeish achieved the fourth best 10k mark in program history in his first ever 10k race. Charlie Caven also ran a top 10 all-time mark in the 10k winning his heat in impressive fashion. Thomas Dundon set a personal record and continues to get better, and Sam Duffing continues to be very good every week.

"At this time of the year it is important to be healthy, strong, fit and building momentum. Our guys are doing just that. I also like the focus and required commitment that I notice each day. That approach translates into high end performance and competitive success. With our meet at Arkansas this upcoming weekend we have another great opportunity."
– Head Coach Pete Wareham

"From the west coast to Midwest to east coast I thought the Tommies performed great this weekend. From Olivia (Keller) breaking the school record in her first attempt at the heptathlon to Alexis (Pratt) breaking the 200 meter school record to Ava (Pankratz) shaving well over a minute off her 10k, there were several gritty performances and another weekend full of personal bests.

"We have just a few more opportunities before conference and I think the team is rounding into championship mode nicely."
– Head Coach Ashley Lucas
