Competed in five meets... earned three points at the Summit League Championships following a seventh place time of 14:31.82 in the 5000m run, a personal record that ranks sixth in program history, and an eighth place time of 8:22.81 in the 3000m run... won the 3000m run in a personal best 8:22.54, that ranks sixth all-time at St. Thomas, at the Snowshoe Open... placed 12th in the mile in 4:12.87, eighth fastest in program history, at the SDSU Indoor Classic... ranked seventh in the 5000m run, eighth in the 3000m run and 15th in the mile in the Summit League this season... totaled four top-10 finishes.
Outdoor
Competed in four meets... earned two points with a seventh place time of 30:58.05, a personal best, in the 10000m run at the Summit League Championships... ran a personal record 14:35.14 to place sixth in the 5000m run at the Meet of the UnSaintly... ranked ninth in the 10000m run and 12th in the 5000m run in the Summit League and 49th in the Midwest Region this season.

Recorded a personal best 3000m at the Snowshoe Open with a time of 8:24.21, which is sixth in program history, placing third... recorded a personal best mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 4:16.89.
Outdoor
Competed in four meets… ranked sixth in the Summit League in the 5000m run with a time of 14:17.52, earning an event win at the Joe Sweeney Invitational… 5000m run ranks third all-time in outdoor program history… earned five team points with a fourth-place finish in the 5000m run (14:35.73) at the Summit League Outdoor Championships… established a personal best of 3:58.42 in the 1500m run at the Ashton May Invitational.
High School
A letter winner in cross country and track & field at Bloomington Jefferson High School under coaches Sean Faulk and Brian Melendez… a two-time Minnesota All-State and six-time All-Metro West Conference selection... earned section and conference championships... holds the BJHS school records in the 3200m run (9:14) and the 5K (15:31)... holds personal records of 15:31.60 in the 5K, 9:14.58 in the 3200m run, 4:22.78 in the 1600m run, 2:00.28 in the 800m run, and 1:33.92 in the 600m run... a National Merit Scholar.
