St. Paul, Minn. -- Tommie Track and Field will compete Saturday April 22 at Concordia University's Holst Invitational.
The host Golden Bears and Tommies will be joined by competitors from fellow scholarship programs Minnesota, St. Cloud State, Bemidji State and Minnesota-Duluth. In all 16 teams plus several unattached athletes will compete.
St. Thomas men and women have more than 100 individual outdoor track and field performances ranked in the top 25 on Summit League lists for 2023. That includes 20 individuals seeded in the top eight and two relays in the top three for men; and six individuals seeded in the top eight and two relays in the top four for women.
The Purple are nearing the halfway point of the outdoor season and are three weeks away from the Summit league outdoor meet in Fargo, N.D.
