Competed in four meets during her freshman season... recorded a season-best mile time of 5:06.91 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational... posted a season-best 3,000m time of 10:18.86 at the SDSU Indoor Classic... placed fourth in the mile at the Snowshoe Open in 5:09.26... ran under 5:16 in the mile at three meets during the indoor season.
Outdoor
Earned Summit League All-League honors with a third-place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Summit League Outdoor Championships... ran 10:32.47 in the conference final, ranking third in program history, fifth in the Summit League and 19th in the NCAA Midwest Region during the season... finished ninth in the 1,500m run at the Summit League Championships... placed runner-up in the steeplechase at both the University of St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invite and Gene Glader Invitational... improved her steeplechase time in each of her first three races of the season, lowering it from 11:16.15 at the WashU Distance Carnival to 10:39.27 at the Joe Sweeney Invite.

Competed at two meets... set a personal record 5:00.99 in the 1500m to finish 16th at the St. Thomas Easter Invitational... ran 5:02.09 at the Ashton May Invitational to begin collegiate career.
High School
A letter winner in cross country and track & field at Albany High School under head coach Kathy Conrad... the 3200m Minnesota State Champion in 2022, 3200m state runner-up in 2023, cross country state runner-up in 2021 and a four-time state track & field participant… a four-time state track & field participant and two-time state cross country participant… named academic all-state and is the president of the National Honor Society at AHS.
