Earned first career Summit Outdoor All-League honors with third place finish in the 3000m steeplechase, running a season best 10:47.85 that ranked fourth in the Summit League and 28th in the Midwest Region... part of program record-breaking distance medley relay of 11:44.55 that finished 11th at the Drake Relays... ran the program's third fastest 5000m run ever of 16:47.25, the sixth fastest in the Summit League and 42nd in the Midwest Region this season, placing 12th at the Bison Outdoor Classic... earned event win in the 1500m run in 4:34.55, the 16th fastest in the Summit League this season, at the Maverick Open and took second in the 1500m at the St. Thomas Easter Invitational.

Competed in six meets… ranked 20th in the Midwest region and fourth in the Summit League in the 3000m steeplechase, 46th in the Midwest region and fifth in the Summit League in the 5000m run, and seventh in the Summit League in the 1500m run… earned five team points with a fourth-place finish and personal record of 10:38.63 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, setting the program’s second-fastest time in program history… began season with a personal record of 16:52.57 in the 5000m run at the Raleigh Relays, setting the third-fastest time ever at St. Thomas… finished fifth in the 1500m run with a personal record of 4:32.85 at the Joe Sweeney Invitational, ranking fifth in program history… won the 3000m steeplechase at the Holst Invitational… totaled four top-five and five top-10 finishes.

Placed fourth at 2023 Blue Demon Alumni Classic with a time of 10:04.47 in the 3000m run... placed ninth and first at SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 4:59.39 in the mile and 9:44.85 in the 3000m run for a personal record in both events, also setting the St. Thomas program record in the 3000m run... finished season placing eighth and second at Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 5:02.73 in the Mile and 9:46.27 in the 3000m run.

Ranked fifth in the Summit League in the 5000m run... placed fourth at the Bobcat Invitational with a time of 4:38.51 in the 1500m... placed 20th and set personal best time in 5000m (17:02.71) at the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational… recorded fourth place in the 1500m with a personal best time of 4:35.31 at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational… finished the season placing fifth in the 5000m (17:09.80) at the Summit League Outdoor Championships.
