Competed in five meets... part of the Distance Medley Relay that place fourth in 11:56.17, the ninth fastest ever at St. Thomas, at the Summit League Championships... ran a personal best 5:00.33 in the mile, the ninth fastest in program history, to finish 13th at the league championships... won the 800m run in 2:18.77 at the SDSU Indoor Classic and was part of the 4x400m relay that won in 4:05.07 at the Snowshoe Open.
Outdoor
Competed in six meets... finished seventh in the 1500m run in a personal record 4:37.46 to earn two points at the Summit League Championships... part of the Distance Medley Relay that broke the St. Thomas record in 11:44.55 to finish 11th at the Drake Relays... set a personal best 18:20.02 in the 5000m at the league championships... ran 10:12.82 to finish third in first career outdoor 3000m run, which ranks eighth all-time at St. Thomas, at the Arkansas Spring Invitational... totaled four top-10 finishes.

Competed at four meets... totaled two top-10 finishes... ran a season best 2:29.08 in the 800m run at the University of St. Thomas Opener... ran a season best 5:18.01 in the mile at the Cyclone Open.

Competed in five meets... set a personal best 4:47.24 to place ninth in the 1500m run at the Gary Wilson Invitational... established a personal record 19:07.05 in the 5000m at the Summit League Championships... ran 2:23.80 in lone 800m run of the season at the Joe Sweeney Invitational.

Opened season with a win in the mile at the St. Thomas Invitational with a personal record time of 5:16.55... set a personal record in the 800m run with a 12th place time of 2:22.03... took second in the 800m run (2:23.89) at the Snowshoe Open... placed 19th in the mile (5:21.51) at the Summit League Indoor Championships.
High School
A six-time letter winner in cross country... a five-time all-conference selection, a five-time Minnesota state qualifier, and a three-time all-section honoree... named team captain... a four-time academic all-conference winner and a two-time academic all-state winner... a three-time state qualifier and three-time state medalist in track & field... a five-time all-conference and four-time academic all-conference honoree... school record holder in the 4x200m relay, 800m run (2:16.63), and 1600m run (5:13.47)... a two-time academic all-state selection.
