Daughter of Nicole and Tyler Rice... father Tyler played hockey at the University of North Dakota (1994-97), and in the Minor Pro Central Hockey League (1997-99)... mother Nicole attended four Canadian Women’s National Hockey Championships, and played two years of college volleyball with St. Boniface College... has three siblings Madelyne (Kevin Reznik), Leighton, and Brynn.
