Minotti tallies 47 saves, a new career-high
MADISON, WIS. - The No. 15 St. Thomas Tommies (8-10-0, 3-9-0) falls 4-3 in overtime to No. 1 Wisconsin Badgers (14-1-1, 10-1-1)
Scoring Summary:
First Period: The Tommies struck first 13 minutes into the game scoring their 16th power play goal of the season of the stick of Madison Brown. Assists credited to Ellah Hause and Jenessa Gazdik. Julia Minotti tallied 15 saves in the period to keep the Badgers scoreless.
Second Period: Wisconsin then scored a shorthanded goal 7 minutes into the second to tie the game at one. The Badgers then took a 2-1 lead with 5 minutes remaining in the period to take their first lead of the night.
Third Period: Tegan Kulenkamp then tied the game at two after putting away a beautiful pass from Ella Boerger. Rylee Bartz then escaped the penalty box and break away to give the Tommies the 3-2 lead with 7 minutes remaining in the contest off a pass from Madison Brown. The Badgers then tied the game at three with two minutes left in the contest to send the game to overtime.
Overtime: Wisconsin scored 2:32 into the overtime to win the game.

The Tommies will be back in Minnesota for a home and home series against the Gophers on December 5th and 6th for the final series of 2025. Puck drop is slated for 2:00 p.m. at Lee & Penny Anderson Arena on Friday, December 5th and 2:00 p.m. at Ridder Arena on Saturday, December 6th.
