Tommie football announces 2025 promotion schedule

ST. PAUL, MINN. – The University of St. Thomas football team announced its promotion schedule for the 2025 season. After another success season of Division I play, the Tommies will host five opponents in O'Shaughnessy Stadium in 2025 and will offer a slew of promotions and giveaways throughout those five contests. For the first time in the Division I era, St. Thomas will host a High School Band Day on November 1 and will host Youth Football Day on August 28.

Thursday, August 28, 2025: Football vs. Lindenwood
Promotion: Youth Football Day
St. Thomas is excited to welcome youth football teams from Minnesota, Wisconsin and the surrounding states for the season opener against Lindenwood. Teams will be able to participate in a variety of activities, including pre-game and halftime high-five tunnels, on-field promotions and videoboard shoutouts. Youth teams will also partake in a halftime parade around the football field at O'Shaughnessy Stadium. Tickets are available at $5 per player and $10 per family member (limit two per family).
Saturday, October 4, 2025: Football vs. Butler

Saturday, October 18, 2025: Football vs. Valparaiso
Promotion: Family Weekend, presented by Wings Financial Credit Union
Saturday, November 1: Football vs. Marist
Promotion: High School Band Day
St. Thomas football is excited to host the first annual High School Band Day for its Pioneer Football League (PFL) showdown versus Marist. High school bands from Minnesota and Wisconsin will have the opportunity to play throughout the contest, including an on-field performance of the national anthem. Bands will also perform select music at halftime of the game and during timeouts and breaks throughout the first, second, third and fourth quarters. Tickets are available at $5 per player and $10 per family member (limit two per family).

Promotion: Senior Day / Military Appreciation Day
