Volleyball rallies to win in five, hits 20 wins

It wasn't easy but the No. 12-ranked Tommie volleyball team rallied to reach 20 wins on the season with Wednesday's five-game defeat of St. Olaf.
The Tommies won 21-25, 25-6, 14-25, 25-12, 15-5, scoring the last eight points of the deciding game after leading just 7-5.
St. Thomas (20-3 overall, 6-1 MIAC) stayed in a share of the MIAC lead with four conference matches to go. St. Olaf (10-12, 2-5) led 2-1 but couldn't close out the victory.
UST hit .270. Kelly Foley has 12 kills and seven blocks; Jill Greenfield tallied 16 kills, 10 digs and five assisted blocks; Nicole Pitts had 13 kills; Paige Brimeyer had 11 kills; Ashley Maher had 50 assists and 13 digs; and Kaitlain Wachter had 15 digs.
