Tommie quartet selected to CSC Academic All-District Team

Gustafson, Kealy, Schmotzer and Voegele honored by College Sports Communicators
ST. PAUL, Minn. – St. Thomas volleyball totaled four selections to the 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, the organization announced Tuesday.
Ellie Gustafson, Morgan Kealy, Addie Schmotzer and Ella Voegele each represented the Tommies on the CSC Academic All-District Team, which recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
In order to qualify for the academic team, an athlete must hold at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA and compete in at least 90 percent of the team's total matches or start in 66 percent of matches.
Voegele was named to the Academic All-District Team for the third straight season, while Gustafson and Kealy received the honor in back-to-back seasons.
The full release of the CSC Academic All-District selection can be found on the CSC Website. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced January 13, 2026.
