At St. Thomas:
2012-2013: (Cross Country): Placed 22nd at the NCAA Cross Country Nationals Championships to earn All-American honors...her time of 21:36.6 was a new personal best by 27 seconds and is the 3rd fastest time over 6000m posted by a UST runner all-time. Placed 8th at the NCAA Central Region Championships in 22:03 to earn a trip to nationals for the second consecutive year. Placed sixth at the MIAC Conference Championships in a time of 22:40. Placed seventh at the Pre-National cross country meet held in Terre Haute, IN, in a field of 326 runners with a personal best time of 22:08. Placed fifth overall at the Roy Griak Invitational in 22:17 one spot behind teammate Taylor Berg. Opened the season with a fourth place finish at the St. Olaf Invitational.
2011-2012: (Cross Country): Placed 78th at the NCAA National Championships in a season best 22:09 for 6,000m. Qualified for nationals after placing 11th at the NCAA Regional in 22:26. Placed 4th at the MIAC Championships running 22:32 to earn All-MIAC honors. Placed 17th at the Roy Griak Invitational in 23:13 for 6K. Opened season with 3rd place finish at the St. Johns Invitational.
(Indoors): Placed 3rd in both 5,000m (17:58.88) and 3,000m (10:14.74) at MIAC Conference Championships...setting personal bests in both races. Took 1st Place overall at University of Minnesota Parents Day Open meet in 18:23. Ran a personal best 5:13.64 mile to take second at St. Thomas Show Case meet. Opened season with 3rd place finish in 3000m at Wartburg Select Meet in 10:37.
(Oudoors): Runner-up finish at MIAC Conference Championships in 10K with personal best 36:40.47...time ranked her #30 in the nation at 10,000m. Next day to placed 5th in 5000m. Prior to conference, competed at Drake Relays in 10,000m in 36:41 to place 19th in a field that included Division 1 and 2 athletes. Ran personal best 5K of 17:48.31 at UWRF Falcon Invite. Placed 2nd overall at Carleton Open 3000m with personal best 10:05.97. Won 3000m at PLNU Collegiate Open in Point Loma, CA.
2010-2011: (Cross Country): Placed 19th at the NCAA Regional Championships in 22:52 to earn All-Region honors. Finished in 10th place at the MIAC Championships 6k to earn All-MIAC honors as UST's third runner. Ran to a 75th place finish at the Roy Griak Invitational in 24:36. Was Tommies third runner and placing 3rd overall at the St. Kate's Mini Meet 4k. (Indoors): Placed 4th in both 3,000 (10:32.70) and 5,000 (18:12.11) at the MIAC Indoor Championships. Ran 3K personal best of 10:29.74 at the Minnesota Parents Day Open. (Outdoors): Placed 3rd in 5,000m (18:06.49) and 5th in 10,000m (37:24.55) at MIAC Outdoor Championships...both personal bests. Ran 1500m personal best of 4:50.36 at Tommie Twilight.
