2015-16: One of 11 finalists in 2016 for Honda Division III Women's Athlete of the Year.
3X All-American. Division III Most Outstanding Women's Swimmer after wins in three individual races -- the 50 free (22.77), the 100 back (54.43), and the 200 back (1:56.33). 50 free time .06 of a second off the Division III record. 200 back time .10 of a second off the NCAA record. Three individual titles in one championship meet tie for the fifth most by a Division III female swimmer. UST's first national champion in the pool, female or male.
MIAC Women's Swimmer of the Year. Placed first 50 freestyle ( ), first in 200 back (1:59.72) and first in the 100 back (54:61). Member of the MIAC Champion 400 free relay team that set a UST record (3:28.02) and member of the MIAC champion 800 free relay team that broke the all-time and MIAC Championship meet record (7:36.06).
Holds three MIAC all-time records. Now in St. Thomas record books in four individual events and all five relay races. In two UST seasons has claimed three NCAA crowns and three other All-America honors, six individual MIAC titles and been a part of 10 MIAC relay championships.
2014-15: All-American. At DIII Nationals, placed 3rd in 100-yard backstroke (54.86), 4th in 200-yard backstroke (1:57.51) and 5th in 50-yard freestyle (23.10. Part of the 12th placed medley relay and 16th placed free relay teams to earn two Honorable Mention All-America honors at NCAA Championships.
At MIAC Championships, placed 1st in 50-yard freestyle (22.99), 1st in 100-yard backstroke (55.33), 1st in 200-yard backstroke (2:00.13) and participated in the 1st place 200-yard medley.
2013-14: Competed for Division I University of Wisconsin. All-Big Ten Team (Member of Wisconsin’s Big Ten winning 200 freestyle relay). Transferred to UST in January of 2015, citing desire for more balance in academic, athletic and social life.
High School Highlights: 2x Minnesota high school state champion, 2012 Olympic Trials qualifier in the 100-yard back, NISCA All-America honoree.
Her father, Bruce, played basketball at Concordia-Moorhead.

Name something you like about St. Thomas: I love the swim team family, the challenging and engaging classes, and the sense of community across the St. Thomas campus. I am very grateful to attend this university!
