Prior to her time at St. Thomas, Jones served as an assistant at Wagner College from 2022-2024. In two seasons with the Seahawks, Jones held a variety of responsibilities and oversaw recruiting, player development, and scouting. She also served as the academic, travel and referee liaison in her two seasons at Wagner. In 2022-23, Jones efforts resulted in the Seahawks' best conference start in program history, as they went 6-0 to open NEC play. She additionally coached All-NEC and All-Rookie Team member Kiera Edmonds and helped Wagner finish 11th in Division I in forced turnovers per game.
In addition to her time at Wagner, Jones also served as the video specialist at Saint Joseph's University and was an assistant coach at Faulkner University and SUNY-Canton. A native of Queens, New York, Jones graduated from Drexel in 2018 with a degree in Sport Management and received her MBA from Faulkner in 2021.
