Prior to UST: Brie attended Geneva High School in Illinois, helped lead her team to two consecutive state championship titles (2017-2018), All-state honorable mention, All Conference Academic Award, Holds the IHSA 4A record for highest free throw percentage in a state game (93%), 3 year varsity player, maintained a 3.7 GPA, Played AAU for Illinois Hoop Dreams.
Family: Parents Michelle and Brian Borkowicz both graduated from Southern Illinois University. Brother Max is a sophomore At Geneva High School.
Why I chose UST: I chose St. Thomas because it has a beautiful campus, and it is a great academic school. Everyone here was so nice and really wanted to help me succeed on and off the court.
What was your first impression of UST: My mom found out about St.Thomas when she was researching schools. I saw how good the women's basketball program was here and what a good school it was academically. After visiting I knew it was the place for me.
Favorite sports memory: Winning two consecutive state championships.

What is on the top of your bucket list: I want to go skydiving and travel the world.
