Meg DuPuis is entering her seventh season as the assistant coach of the St. Thomas softball team in 2022-23.

A five-year youth club coach prior to joining the St. Thomas staff, DuPuis began her collegiate coaching career with the Tommies in 2017. DuPuis' duties consist of coaching the defense, hitting, slapping, base running, alumni relations, social media/content manager, player relations, and recruiting. She has helped coach the team to four MIAC titles and four NCAA Tournament appearanced, while also making two appearances in the World Series, all of which occured before the program's transition to the NCAA Division I level. DuPuis was apart of the staff that was named NCAA Division III Coaching Staff of the Year in 2019 and 2021, and helped lead the team to a number-one defensive ranking in the nation in 2019. Two players have earned All-American status in her time as an assistant coach.

DuPuis was a three-year starter in the infield for the Tommies and helped lead her team to the World Series twice as a player. DuPuis was twice named an All-MIAC selection, once selected as an All-MIAC honorable mention, and captured All-Region honors twice. She was a part of four MIAC titles and appeared in five NCAA Tournaments as a player, and in 2014 made the Regional All-Tournament team. Over her career, DuPuis racked up 125 hits, 86 runs scored, and 57 RBIs. She hit .333 or better in all three of her seasons starting and posted a career-best mark of five home runs in her junior season. Her 16 doubles and 19 steals in her senior campaign were top two in the conference. Against Trine in the NCAA Super Regionals in 2016, DuPuis scored the game-tying run and then hit the walk-off RBI-single to send St. Thomas to the World Series. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English - Creative Writing from St. Thomas in 2016.
