St. Thomas travels to Omaha, Kansas City

ST. PAUL, MINN. – The University of St. Thomas women's basketball team is back on the road. After a week at home, the Tommies will head west for their next Summit League series, as they face the University of Nebraska Omaha and Kansas City this week. St. Thomas will tipoff against the Mavericks at 6:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, January 15 before playing the Roos at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 17.
HOW TO WATCH
TICKETS: Tickets for Thursday's game can be purchased at www.omavs.com/tickets. Tickets for Saturday's game can be purchased on Kansas City's official athletics website.
STREAMING: Both games will stream on the Summit League Network and the MIDCO Sports Plus app. For the low price of $29.99 a month, St. Thomas fans can purchase a Midco Sports All-In package, giving them access to the Summit League Network, CCHA TV and all Tommie football games. For $9.99 a month, fans can purchase a different package, giving them access to the Summit League Network and all Summit League women's basketball games.
TOP STORYLINES:
AN APPLE A DAY: Assists are the name of the game for the St. Thomas offense. The Tommies are 4-0 this season when credited with at least 20 assists in a game and 7-3 when "out-assisting" the opponent. Entering Thursday's game, Jada Hood (St. Paul, Minn. / Roseville Area) leads the Summit League in assists per game, averaging 4.2, and assist/turnover ratio at 1.9.
