QUOTEABLES
Head Coach Pete Wareham's thoughts following the Roy Griak Invitational:
"Today was our first full team meet and the guys did well. I liked the way we competed as a group and the momentum that we were able to build. I think we are building good daily habits and that will be key for us. All teams try to peak in late October and we will be ready at that time of the season."

Head Coach Ashley Lucas's thoughts following the team's 6K race:
"I thought today was a decent day. Some super solid performances and some that I know could have been better. I thought Olivia Pauly and Lindsay Berg ran tremendously and we had a lot of returners crush what they have done in the past (Olivia Goebel, Chiara White, Anna Boland and Emmy Schulz, to name a few). We packed up well and used that to our advantage. Now we rest up and recover from this race and set our sights on what's next and getting better one percent every day."
