Women's Soccer announces complete 2025 schedule

The Tommies will play nine non-conference and eight Summit League games
ST. PAUL, MINN.- St. Thomas women's soccer announces full schedule for the 2025 season. The Tommies are entering their fifth season of Division 1 action with a 17 game-slate. Eight of those games will take place on their home pitch.
"We are excited for season five of NCAA and Summit League play," head coach Sheila McGill continued, "We have a relatively new squad after graduating a class of 13 players. We have worked hard all spring and are adding new talent this fall and can't wait to get the season started!"
After a convincing 6-0 victory over Viterbo at home last season, the Tommies will hit the road to open the 2025 season versus the V-Hawks on August 14th. The Tommies will then return to the Twin Cities to take on the Minnesota Golden Gophers (August 17) on the road.
After starting the season on the road, the Tommies will return to South Field for their first three-game home stand of the season as they host Northern Illinois (August 21), Northern Iowa (August 28), and Marquette (August 31).
The team then heads west to face Eastern Washington (September 4) and Idaho State (September 7) for the first time in the Division I era. After the road trip, the Tommies will face Green Bay (September 14) for the last non-conference home game and will finish the non-conference portion of the schedule at Western Illinois (September 14), a former Summit League foe.
The Tommies will begin Summit League play on the road in mid-September with a trip to South Dakota to face the Jackrabbits (September 25) and Coyotes (September 28).
University of Nebraska Omaha (October 5) will come to St. Paul for the first conference home game before the Tommies finish the conference road portion of the schedule at Oral Roberts (October 9) and Kansas City (October 12).
St. Thomas will finish the regular season with a three-game home stand, hosting Denver (October 16), North Dakota State (October 19), and North Dakota (October 26).
