Women’s Soccer set to finish regular season against North Dakota

Tommies to face Fighting Hawks in regular season finale
ST. PAUL, MINN.- The St. Thomas Women's Soccer team (3-8-4, 0-4-3) return to South Field for the regular season finally to take on the North Dakota Fighting Hawks (7-7-3, 1-4-2) and celebrate the senior class.
Kick-off is slated for 1:00 p.m. with the senior day ceremony after the match.

Conference Ties
The Tommies have tied in three of their last four conference contests and are hunting for that first conference victory.
In last weeks, home-stand St. Thomas posted 1-1 ties against both Denver and North Dakota State. Sophomores Brooke Nygaard and Emily McCarthy each tallied goals for the Tommies. Nygaard recorded her first of the season, and McCarthy tallied her third of the year.

Olivia Rowe- 1st in saves per game with 6.53

Sophia Barjesteh- 6th in game-winning goals with two
Rowe Toms
Graduate student goalkeeper Olivia Rowe has played all 90 minutes in every match this season and has tallied 98 total saves.
Rowe earned this weeks (Oct. 20) Summit League Kwik Star Defensive Player, the second of her career and first of the season.
Scouting the Fighting Hawks
The North Dakota Fighting Hawks currently hold 7-7-3 overall and 1-4-1 in Summit League play and sit in seventh in the conference standings.
The Fighting Hawk offense is led by sophomore Charlie Bassinet who has scored six goals and junior Cora Ellermann who has tallied five goals and added seven assists.
North Dakota is led by Henrik Sohn who is in his first season at the helm of the program after taking over in January 2025.
Senior Sunday
The St. Thomas women's soccer program will celebrate seven of seniors and the impact they have had on the program. Oliva Rowe, Cj Fredkove, Sophia Barjesteh, McKenna Lehman, Molly Knoblauch, Tatum Trettel, and Sydney Kubes will all be celebrated post-game.
