Kealy named Summit League Kwik Star Offensive Performer of the Week

Tommie Volleyball setter earns first career honor following 52-assist, 15-dig performance
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Junior setter Morgan Kealy put together one of her most impressive performances of the season during a 2-0 week to earn Summit League Kwik Star Offensive Peak Performer of the Week honors, the league office announced on Tuesday.
Kealy's first career performer of the week honor comes as she averaged 12.14 assists per set during St. Thomas' wins over North Dakota (3-1) and North Dakota State (3-0) in Schoenecker Arena. It's the team's third offensive performer of the week award this season, joining seniors Tezra Rudzitis and Megan Wetter, and the fifth offensive award and the eighth overall since 2023.
Kealy began her week with a double-double of 52 assists and 15 digs against North Dakota, recording the program's second most assists per set in a match of the Division I era. She added four kills, three blocks and two service aces against the Fighting Hawks. Against North Dakota State, Kealy was one dig shy of another double-double as she finished with 33 assists, 9 digs, 4 kills, 2 blocks and 1 ace.
Kealy is 37th nationally with 9.95 assists per set and second in the Summit League with 657 total assists this season.
The Tommies are 5-2 in Summit League play heading into the halfway mark of the league schedule. St. Thomas faces Denver on Oct. 21 for the first time this season before making its second appearance against Omaha on Oct. 23 in Omaha, Neb.
