Stampede at the Creek awaits Men's Golf

St. Paul, Minn. - Seeking similar success from earlier in the season at the same-named event, St. Thomas men's golf will compete in the Stampede at the Creek in Elkhorn, Neb. on April 11-12.
The Course
Indian Creek Golf Course is an 18-hole, Par 72 course with a 7,242 yard distance. The weather will range from 60-63 degrees with a cloudy forecast for both days.
The Field
St. Thomas is joined by Bradley, Green Bay, North Dakota, North Dakota State, Northern Iowa, Omaha, South Dakota, and Western Illinois.
The Format
The teams will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday. There will be a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, while tee times start at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. The men are playing six in the lineup and counting four scores.
Last Time Out
The Tommies finished 9th at the Golfweek/AGT Intercollegiate, but found success in the third round, with a 293 (+5) for the round. Matthew Garside had the best finish on St. Thomas (t-17th) while shooting +4 for the entirety of the tourney.
Successful Stampeding
In the fall, the team concluded the Stampede at the Creek in second, and the Tommies were led by Drew Sagrillo (t-3rd).
