Men's Tennis falls 7-2 to first-place Gusties

Gustavus secured another MIAC regular-season crown in men's tennis with Saturday's 7-2 win over St. Thomas. The match was played at the University of Minnesota Baseline courts.
Anshul Bharath won a good battle at No. 6 singles. Aashish Bharath won by default in set two of his match at No. 5 singles. The brothers lost a close battle at third doubles.
St. Thomas' Frank Stich lost 11-9 in the third set at first singles.
The Purple (9-6 overall, 7-3 MIAC) will get the No. 3 seed and play next Thursday at second-seed Carleton in the semifinal round of the conference playoffs.
