The No. 1-ranked Green Knights (11-1-1) ran their unbeaten streak to 11 as they took a 2-0 lead and added an empty-net goal to win 4-1 Saturday in non-conference men's hockey at St. Thomas Ice Arena in Mendota Heights.
Michael Dockry scored late in period two to cut the lead to 2-1 for St. Thomas (7-4-2), but Riley Christensen scored 18 seconds later, his second of the frame, to regain a two-goal cushion for SNC.

Women's Hockey/at Mendota Heights
St. Thomas 1, UW-Stevens Point 0
Freshman Kenzie Torpy recorded her third shutout in eight days and Becca Zarembinski scored the game's only goal midway through the second frame as No. 7-ranked St. Thomas (8-1-1) scored a 1-0 home victory Saturday night over UW-Stevens Point (6-5-2). The teams play again Sunday at 2 p.m. in Mendota Heights.

Men's Basketball/at River Falls, Wis.
St. Thomas 67, UW-River Falls 54
Ryan Saarela had 21 points and nine rebounds to lead the visiitng Tommies (6-1). UST's starters scored 58 of the team's 67 points, Grant Shaeffer added 14 points, Taylor Montero 12 and Cortez Tillman 10.
The No. 6-ranked Toms close their December schedule on Tuesday onthe road against last year's national champion UW-Stevens Point.
Women's Basketball/at SCU
St. Catherine 67, St. Thomas 63
The No. 6-ranked Tommies' 28-game win streak against conference foes was snapped Saturday with their first MIAC loss, at St. Catherine. UST (8-1 overall, 3-1 MIAC) was outscored 30-18 from 3-point range. Kaitlin Langer's 23 points and 14 points led UST.
