Comeback win for Men's Soccer over SMU, 2-1

Nick Rapisarda scored the tie-breaking goal 30 seconds into the second half to lead the Tommie men's soccer team to a 2-1 win over St. Mary's in Wednesday's MIAC play at UST's South Field.
The Cardinals (1-3-1 overall, 0-1 MIAC) converted a corner kick in the 20th minute as Guamiane Venter's header made it 1-0 SMU.
The Toms (2-1, 1-0) tied the game on a corner kick in the 40th minute as sophomore Kit Weaver scored his first collegiate goal.
UST is off until a Sept. 20 home vs. Viterbo.
