Women's Hoops tops Mac, 60-53

The Tommies scored the game's final four points to post a 60-53 win over host Macalester in MIAC women's basketball Saturday on the Scots' floor. Mac had pulled within 56-53 with 90 seconds left. UST missed two shots but got the offensive rebounds, and Jessica Katch scored a clinching basket with less than 30 seconds to play.
Andi Olson had and Jordyn Sears each scored 13 points, Katch scored 12 points, and Becky Theisen had eight points and 10 rebounds.
St. Thomas (12-6 overall, 10-5 MIAC) has won three in a row and swept the season series with Macalester.
