Men's Tennis tops Wooster, edged by Hope

Freshmen Arya Vayghan and Andy Michels each won in singles and doubles, but the Tommie men opened their spring-break play in Hilton Head, S.C., with Monday's 5-4 loss to Hope (Mich.).
The Tommies came back Tuesday to top Wooster (Ohio) 6-3 and lost 6-3 to St. Lawrence. They will take a 4-5 overall record into the March 29 home dual vs. Concordia-Moorhead. the Toms are schedule to play five men's mathes in a seven-day span starting with the Cobber dual.
Freshman Arya Vayghan went undefeated at first singles with wins over three ranked players, including the No. 4-ranked Central Region player (Hope's John Pelton, 6-3, 6-2).
