Men's Soccer now 3-0 after Monday road victory

The St. Thomas men's soccer team scored three goals in the final nine minutes of the first half en route to Monday's 4-1 victory over Northwestern College in non-conference play in Roseville.
Carlos Castelan was in goal all 90 minutes for the Tommies (3-0), who received goals from four different players.
Senior Max Weber scored in the 36th minute, and freshman Kyle Mader scored in the 37th minute (assisted by Joe Voeller) for a 2-0 lead. Jon Stillwell scored on a penalty kick with five seconds left in the first half for a 3-0 advantage. The lead went to 4-0 when Tommy Jungwirth scored in the 57th minute (assisted by Mike Molitor).
The Tommies play two games vs. California foes next weekend in Santa Cruz. Friday they face NAIA's No. 9-ranked Concordia (Calif.), and Saturday play either Redlands or UC-Santa Cruz.
