Earned All-Summit League honors with a third-place finish in the 800m at the Summit League Indoor Championships, running a personal-record 1:49.72 that ranks second in program history, 18th in the NCAA Midwest Region and fourth in the Summit League during the season... advanced through the preliminaries with a fifth-place finish in 1:52.37... set the program record in the 1,000m with a winning time of 2:26.92 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi... won the mile at the St. Thomas Invite in 4:17.55... competed on the program's eighth-fastest indoor 4x400m relay at the SDSU Indoor Classic... recorded four top-five finishes during the indoor season.
Outdoor
Qualified for the Summit League Outdoor Championships in the 800m, placing 16th in the preliminaries... posted a personal-best 1:51.24 in the 800m at the Bryan Clay Invitational, ranking seventh in program history... finished third in the 800m at the Meet of the Unsaintly with a time of 1:52.18... added a season-best placing of 20th at the Cyclone Twilight with a 1:52.16 effort... contributed to the distance medley relay and 4x800m relay teams at the Drake Relays, helping the 4x800m relay place sixth in 7:28.39... recorded two top-10 finishes during the outdoor season.

Competed in five meets... finished fourth in the 800m run in 1:52.66 to earn six points at the Summit League Championships... won the 1000m run and tied the program record of 2:27.09 at the SDSU Indoor Classic... ranked fifth in the Summit League and 45th in the Midwest Region in the 800m run with a time of 1:51.09, second fastest in program history, at the SDSU Indoor Classic, finishing second... won the 600m run in 1:21.92, 10th all-time at St. Thomas, at the St. Thomas Invitational... totaled three event wins and five top-five finishes.
Outdoor
Competed in four meets... earned two points with a seventh place finish in the 800m run (1:52.80) at the Summit League Championships... set a personal best 1:51.26, seventh all-time at St. Thomas and ninth in the Summit League this season, to place 11th in the 800m run at the Drake Relays... part of 4x400m relay that finished fourth in 3:15.15, second in program history, at the Drake Relays.
High School
A letter winner in track & field at Onalaska High School under head coach Darin Shepardson… helped OHS to a 2021 D1 Cross Country State Championship and was named the 2023 Mississippi Valley Conference Track Athlete of the Year… earned highest honors academically at OHS.
