Joshua Wilson is entering his first season at St. Thomas serving as defensive quality control in 2022.
Most recently Wilson was at Wake Forest University as a recruiting intern for the Spring of 2022 season.
During the Fall of 2021, Wilson was the outside linebacker coach at Cornell College (IA). Prior to Cornell he held several coaching positions at the Peddie School with the defensive backs, Carroll University coaching cornerbacks, St. Patrick High School with the defensive line and East Coast Prep where he oversaw the defensive line.
A native of Chicago, Ill., and graduate of Wheaton Warrenville South High School. Wilson played collegiate football at Arizona Western College and Saginaw State Valley University. He played multiple positions including tight end, outside linebacker and defensive end. After foot injury ended his career, he transferred to the University of Toledo where he earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2018.
Wilson is the youngest son of Thomas and Rosalind Wilson and a brother to Thomas Wilson III.
