Anna Caruso begins her second season on the St. Thomas sidelines. She joined the program as an assistant coach prior to the 2022 season.
With Caruso’s assistance, the program posted a 10-1 record, including a 8-0 mark in conference play, and captured the 2022 Pioneer Football League championship. Not only was the championship historic for the university, but the program as well, as it was the first for any St. Thomas program in the Division I era.
Caruso graduated from Cretin-Derham Hall where she was a Captain and three year letter winner in both basketball and softball. She was an All-Conference and Academic All-State selection in basketball, as well as being an All-Section and Honorable Mention All-State performer in Softball. Off the court and field, Caruso made the President's Honor Roll and was a member of the National Honors Society. Caruso is also a member of the St. Thomas softball team and is pursuing a double major in Psychology and Data Analytics with a minor in Statistics.
She is the daughter of Rachael and Glenn and has two siblings, Cade and Truman.
