KEY STORYLINES:
HI OLD FRIEND: The Tommies will face another old MIAC foe on Tuesday when they host the St. Kate's Wildcats. Dating back to 2005-06, St. Thomas owns a 26-4 record against St. Kate's, winning the last nine consecutive contests. The Wildcats last victory occurred on December 12, 2015, when St. Kate's dealt the nationally ranked Tommies a 67-63 loss. Current Wildcat head coach Audra Clark scored 14 points in the victory, while former standout LaShay Holt scored 22 off the bench.
CADET CONNECTIONS: It may not seem like it, but St. Thomas and Army have much in common. The biggest common denominator: Lee Anderson. An Army graduate, Lee and his wife Penny donated $75million towards an on-campus arena for Tommie basketball and hockey. That arena opened last season when Army made a trip to St. Paul, Minnesota. The Black Knights won that first meeting, 67-61, on November 8, 2025.
