Tommie Cross Country begins 2025 season September 6

Women to run at eight meets, men at seven with NCAA Midwest Regional Nov. 14
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The University of St. Thomas Men's and Women's Cross Country teams unveiled their 2025 schedules, featuring a strong mix of regional and nationally competitive meets including the programs' first trips to the NCAA Midwest Regional.
The season opens on Sept. 6 with the Phoenix Open in Green Bay, Wis., before traveling two weeks later, at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 19 in Falcon Heights, Minn., one of the premier early season meets in the country.
October brings a busy stretch with a pair of meets on Oct. 3 including the nationally recognized Joe Piane Invitational hosted by Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., and the Blugold Invite in Eau Claire, Wis., the latter of which the Tommie women will compete at. The following week, the Tommies travel to Peoria, Ill., for the Pink Classic on Oct. 17. The regular season wraps up with Rocky's Run on Oct. 24 back in Falcon Heights.
Postseason action begins with the Summit League Championships on Nov. 1 in Omaha, Neb. For the first time since joining Division I, individuals will advance to the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 14 in Stillwater, Okla. The NCAA Championships will be hosted Nov. 22 in Columbia, Mo.
