Chloe Boreen scored the loan Tommie goal
BEMIDJI, MINN. - The No. 13/14 St. Thomas Tommies (8-6-0, 3-5-0) fall 2-1 to the Bemidji State Beavers (3-6-1, 1-6-1) on Saturday afternoon. Chloe Boreen scored the loan Tommie goal late in the third period.
Scoring Summary:
First Period: The Beavers opened the scoring a shorthanded goal just three minutes into the game. The Tommies tallied six shots on goal in the period.
Second Period: The second period was scoreless for both sides. The Tommie offense totaled seven shots during the period.
Third Period: Bemidji State then extended their lead to 2 after scoring two minutes into the period. Chloe Boreen then got the Tommies on the board with four minutes left in the game.
Up Next
The Tommies will be back in St. Paul next weekend, November 14-15 to take on the No. 5 University of Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.
