The Tommies play the Gophers at Xcel Energy Center on Saturday, October 26th in a rematch of last season’s overtime thriller.
ST. PAUL, Minn. – The University of St. Thomas Men's Hockey team is heading back to Xcel Energy Center in late October to face-off with the Minnesota Golden Gophers in a battle for the Twin Cities and tickets are on sale now.
Head coach Rico Blasi said of the opportunity, "We are excited to play the Gophers again, they are one of the best programs in all of college hockey. It is also a great opportunity to play in one of the best hockey venues in the country, and we are appreciative of the hospitality from the Xcel Energy Center and the Minnesota Wild."
The Tommies and Gophers will take to the ice at Xcel Energy Center on Saturday, October 26th for an 8 p.m. puck-drop in game two of the season series between the Twin-City rivals.
Tickets start at $30 and are available for purchase on TicketMaster.
