Three Tommies earn match wins in singles play on Sunday
DeKalb, Ill. – The St. Thomas Women's Tennis team completed play at the NIU Invitational on Sunday morning. In the final day of competition of the 2024 fall season, six Tommies competed in singles action.
Lily Olson remained undefeated in singles play at the NIU Invite as she defeated Jenna Horne of the Huskies, 6-1, 7-6 (9-7).
Anna Sidorenko won her match by default, as Anna Louise Bjørnestad earned a victory against Jovana Vujanic of Lewis, 6-2, 6-2.
Caroline Lindahl competed against an opponent from NIU, while Ingrid Forsberg faced a competitor of Marquette, ultimately both falling in three sets on Sunday morning.
