Bloomington, Minn. – The St. Thomas women's Tennis Team defeated Western Illinois by a score of 7-0 to earn their first Division I era win.
"It was a great day today, we got a 7-0 win against Western Illinois, our first opportunity to get a Division I win," said Head Coach Lois Arterberry. "I think the girls progressed a lot today from yesterday. They showed up, they fought, all courts. We came together as a team and got it done. I'm looking forward to what we do next week against Kansas City."
