Women's Hockey rolls to first season win

Sophomore Eryn Cooley stopped all 23 shots for her first college shutout and No. 9-ranked Tommie Women's Hockey scored a 4-0 win over UW-Stevens Point in non-conference play Saturday afternoon in Mendota Heights.
The teams had played to a 2-2 tie on Friday night.
Kate Winiecki scored a goal just 36 seconds into the game and added an assist, and Anna Solheim scored two goals for St. Thomas (1-1-1).
Allison Parnell scored a short-handed empty-net goal in the final two minutes.
