Volleyball stays hot, tops Cardinals

St. Thomas Volleyball ran its win streak to four and reached 20 season victories with Saturday's 3-0 road defeat of St. Mary's. The Tommies won 25-19, 25-14, 25-15 and improved its chances of geting the No. 3 seed for the upcoming conference playoffs.
Madie Kroehler had 15 kills and hit .392 on the match for St. Thomas (20-7 overall, 7-2 MIAC). Grace Bordson added nine kills and six blocks, and Ellie Meyer had 26 digs.
The Toms conclude MIAC play this week at home against Hamline and St. Catherine.
